Hi, I’m Neelansh Khare (CS @ UCI CO’25) — a Software Engineer passionate about building intelligent, scalable systems that merge engineering precision with real-world impact.
My technical experience spans backend engineering, distributed systems, and AI/ML, shaped through roles at Polaris Wireless, UC Irvine’s Office of Information Technology, and He Lab, along with founding engineer work at NeuraCities, an AI startup focused on automating RFP discovery using LLM-driven infrastructure.
I’ve designed CI/CD pipelines, built internal developer tools, contributed to core enterprise features, and developed deep learning pipelines for scientific research — experiences that taught me how to move seamlessly from low-level systems design to production-scale deployment.
I thrive in fast-moving environments where curiosity, problem-solving, and long-term impact meet. My mission is to build software that endures — systems that automate, empower, and scale intelligently.

I aim to design and deploy software that bridges backend systems, AI, and automation to solve complex real-world problems. With hands-on experience spanning enterprise infrastructure, LLM-based products, and research-driven machine learning, I’m focused on building scalable, intelligent systems that deliver measurable impact.
I’m currently seeking opportunities where I can contribute to high-performance engineering teams developing products at the intersection of AI, distributed systems, and user experience.
Build software that creates legacies.
At my core, I am a dedicated problem solver. I thrive on tackling challenging questions, breaking down complexity into elegant solutions, and building technology that moves the world forward. I believe in creating systems that outlive trends: tools that improve efficiency, extend human capability, and leave behind lasting technical legacies. My mission is to combine rigorous engineering, machine intelligence, and human-centered design to craft solutions that matter.
